The staff at Rockpick Legend Co. try’s to make sure the most information about each specimen is presented and each specimen is photographed as accurately as possibly. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund or exchange, with in 7 days of delivery. Shipping and handling is non-refundable, and Rockpick Legend Co will not assume responsibility for return shipping. Refunds and Exchanges must be pre-authorized, so to make arrangement to return an item(s) please contact us first. Otherwise refunds may be delayed or unacceptable. To obtain a return authorization please make sure the delivery date is equal to or less than 7 days from the current date and then call us at 1-888-762-5728, for a return number.
 
 
 
Items Damaged in Shipping
 
As a company who does mail order we take every precaution when packing specimens, however if an item is damaged during shipping we will be glad to make a claim with the shipping company. If you receive a damaged item please save ALL shipping materials, including the box, and packing. In most cases the career will pick up the box and items from you in order to process a claim. A claim can not be processed with out the packing materials. If these are discarded or lost a claim may be denied.
